Tikabuy is a platform that provides goods purchasing and forwarding services in China, providing users with goods information search, purchasing and shipping services. During this period, Tikabuy provides basic goods inspection services, communication and confirmation with merchants and after-sales services to protect your legitimate rights and interests and ensure your shopping experience.

If you find that there are fake and shoddy products, please contact the online customer service to complain or send an email to help you deal with:

1. Receipt and acceptance: After Tikabuy warehouse receives your goods and provides quality inspection photos for storage, or after you receive the package, if you find quality problems or doubt its authenticity, please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant evidence.

2. Appeal materials: Provide purchase orders, payment vouchers, product descriptions, and evidence of counterfeit goods.

3. After receiving your complaint materials, our customer service team will understand the specific situation with you, and assist you to communicate with the seller to solve it, and do our best to fight for your legitimate rights and interests. Please note that further professional assessment and legal proceedings may be required as the authenticity of goods is involved. If certification by a professional appraisal agency is required, the appraisal fee will be borne by you. In order to protect the rights and interests of all parties, we recommend to choose regular channels and reputable sellers when purchasing, in order to reduce the risk of buying fake goods.

What is a 5-day no reason return?

Means the special after-sales service provided by the "Seller" to its buyers using the technical support and services provided by the third-party platform, if the order is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (that is, within 5 days of the goods being stored), the buyer is allowed to return or exchange the goods purchased in accordance with the provisions of these rules and other publicity rules of the third-party platform.

How to apply for a return or exchange

Charging standard

For the return or exchange initiated by the user for their own reasons, the first return or exchange service fee will be exempted each month, and the charge for more than one return or exchange will be as follows:

If the product has no quality problems, according to the regulations of the third-party platform, the return and exchange service is not supported, Tikabuy will try to communicate with the seller and strive for the relevant interests of the user.



2. If "no reason to return" is used, who will bear the freight?



The goods must be new and not affect the secondary sale before the return application is initiated. If the product has no quality problems, the customer shall bear the purchase and return freight after launching the application. If there is a quality problem, the seller shall bear the round-trip freight after the customer initiates the application.



3. Is there any charge for return if the order is not shipped?



No charge, please do not worry, there are no reasons to return the goods to meet three conditions will be charged: first, you ask for return because of non-product quality problems; Second, the goods are already in the storage state, and need to be returned or replaced without reason; Third, the number of free returns and exchanges that can be enjoyed for the month that has expired; Therefore, we will not charge you for unshipped goods.

5. Which operation link is the node of the system to record the number of times?



After receiving your return application, the buyer will handle the return for you. When the order status is "return", the system will deduct the number of times you use. If there are multiple orders applying for return at the same time, the prompt on the interface may have a time-sensitive buffer, resulting in the number of prompts on the page cannot be updated simultaneously, and the Tikabuy record and deduction fee shall prevail.



6. If the seller has shipping insurance and free shipping, do I still need to pay the shipping fee sent by the seller for the return?



As for the explanation of freight insurance, because the insurance company's compensation is determined by the return rate of Taobao account, the return rate of our purchase account is relatively high at present, the insurance company may not make claims, so the freight insurance may fail to settle claims. In addition, for free shipping goods, because the merchant pays the freight in advance, if you apply for no reason to return the goods, you need to pay the freight cost sent by the merchant. Therefore, if you apply for a return without reason, you need to bear the return freight.
